Westley Bennett has been a lifelong resident of Chesterfield County.  He graduated from Thomas Dale HS in 1973 and began his career in construction shortly thereafter.  He holds a State Class A Contractors License for speculative building, plumbing, and gas fitting and a Journeyman’s Card and Masters License for plumbing and gas fitting from Commonwealth of Virginia.   In 1995, he became a licensed Virginia Real Estate Salesperson and in 2001 he received an associates degree in Architectural Engineering through John Tyler Community College.  He has owned is own home construction business since 1981 and has built homes across central Virginia from Disputanta to Powhatan.

Using his experience and knowledge in building and architectural engineering, he is expanding his career to include real estate sales. With this new focus, he decided to hang his license with Legacy Properties to concentrate on helping families with the purchases and sales of their homes.
